1. Definitions and Interpretation

3. Account Security and Verification

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Source of Funds

You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, borrowed funds (unless you have the legal capacity to borrow), or funds belonging to third parties. srpd55 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of your funds and may freeze or confiscate deposits where we have reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on srpd55 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your payment provider will convert the amount to PHP at their prevailing exchange rate. srpd55 is not responsible for currency conversion rates or fees applied by third parties.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Methods and Timing

Withdrawals from srpd55 accounts are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever reasonably possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 (Two Hundred Pesos). Standard withdrawal processing time is typically eight (8) to ten (10) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and up to twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers. Withdrawals to accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be delayed until verification is complete.

5.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

9.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, srpd55's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your srpd55 account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or PHP 10,000 (Ten Thousand Pesos), whichever is less.

9.4 Indemnification

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their formation.

10.2 Internal Complaint Procedure

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from your use of srpd55 services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team.
